Practice Schedule

 
 

Our Short Course Practice schedule will start on August 24th following our team break.  It will be as follows:

Silver I Group: Monday through Friday p.m. 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. (Coach Brennan)

Silver II Group: Monday through Thursday p.m. 5:15 - 7:00 p.m. (Coach Craig): This group will meet on one Friday per month for a team building dryland/ game session.  These dates will be posted on our calendar.

Junior Group:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday p.m. 4:45 - 7:15 p.m., Wednesday p.m. 3:30 - 6;00 p.m. Saturday a.m. 7:30 - 10:00 a.m., (Coach Cashel): Those swimmer who cannot make the earlier practice on Wednesday, will have a later workout with Coach Craig at 5;00-7:15 p.m.  All workouts with the exception of Saturday a.m. will include dryland training, and all junior swimmers need to bring shoes to each workout.

National Team: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday p.m. 3:00 - 6:00 p.m., Wednesday 2;30 - 5:30 p.m., Saturday a.m. 7:30 - 10:00 a.m., Mon, Tues, Thurs., Fri., a.m. 5:00 - 6:15 a.m.  All afternoon practices consist dryland and swim training. Shoes are required for all afternoon practices. 

High School Conditioning: This group will resume on November 16th, at the conclusion of high school swim season (Coach Craig).
